Charles Corsello Jr, EA
Co-Founder and Co-President

Charlie Corsello, a graduate of Georgetown University, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a licensed Enrolled Agent. Charlie has been helping taxpayers with major IRS and state tax problems for over ten years now.  He is a previous owner of Clean Slate Tax. Consequently, after opening a tax resolution firm, he became a tax professional and passed the IRS enrolled agent exam. Finally, Charlie regularly contributes by providing blog posts and tax articles.

Manuel Vetti III
Co-Founder and Co-President

Manuel Vetti, a graduate of the University of Vermont, started doing financial analysis and accounting work within XL Capital and then for Sempra Energy. In 2007, he began helping companies in the tax resolution space with digital marketing as well.  As the former owner of a tax resolution firm, Manny understands the marketing and operational side of the tax resolution business. Furthermore, Manny regularly contributes content and has a keen sense of topics to cover.

Kari Brummond
Tax Preparer & Author

Kari Brummond is a tax preparer, a financial writer, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She is also a proud mom! Kari is currently pursuing a degree in accounting as well.

Sean Chi, J.D.
Tax Attorney & Author

Sean has over ten years of experience helping businesses and individuals with IRS and various state tax issues. Consequently, Sean has worked hundreds of tax cases. Sean graduated from the University of California and Trinity International Law School.  Most noteworthy, Sean has a passion for helping taxpayers resolve serious tax problems. Moreover, Sean is an avid reader and author, providing some of the best content to help the average taxpayer get out of tax debt.

Timothy Earls, J.D.
Tax Controversy Attorney & Author

Timothy Earls is an attorney who focuses his practice on tax controversy and tax planning matters. He provides tax planning and general legal advice for small businesses and entrepreneurs and has represented clients in both civil and criminal tax proceedings. Timothy earned his B.S. in Finance from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court and the United States Federal Court, Northern District of Ohio.
