omarion and irs tax debtOmarion, or Omari Ismael Grandberry, the 25 year old R&B music artist, actor, dancer, and music judge and more, owes $110,585 to the IRS according to public records. The Detroit News broke the $110k and change tax debt amount down.

Besides being a great R&B singer, Omarion is also known for his acting appearances in You Got Served, Fat Albert and was even a judge on America’s Best Dance Crew.

Last year on 8/6/2009, the IRS filed a tax lien against Omarion for $49,715 dollars in LA County. The IRS states he has tax debt from 2003, 2005, and 2006. Then again on 10/29 last year, the IRS filed another lien for $25,660 bringing his total amount owed to roughly $75,000. Finally in May of this year, another $35k lien was filed by the IRS against Omarion which brought the total amount owed in back taxes and penalties to over $110k.

It seems that Omarion might have to sell some assets order to get into compliance with the IRS if his tax liabilities assessed are tested accurate. He could probably resolve his situation by setting up an IRS payment plan in which he can pay the IRS back over time.
